KINETIC
The first full-length statement from Fractured Nexus: movement, pressure, collision and the constant pull between heaviness and melody. This is the band’s catalogue — separate from D’Rellion’s solo releases.
Fractured Nexus albumFrom the mind of D’Rellion. Fronted by D’Rellion. Built in Adelaide. Nu metal, heavy rock, alternative rock, softer rock and everything between — without pretending the hard parts of life do not exist.
Fractured Nexus is an Adelaide-based band project created from the heavier side of D’Rellion’s musical imagination. Daryl — aka D’Rellion — is the band’s lead singer, bringing a second creative identity to life alongside his solo hip-hop work.
The band is deliberately hard to trap inside one genre. A track can move from crushing riffs and nu-metal weight to melodic rock, atmosphere and quieter moments without asking permission.
That contrast is the point: impact and vulnerability, distortion and space, anger and reflection.
Volume I: Kinetic established the first major Fractured Nexus chapter. Chain of Command sits inside that world. Next comes Volume II: Resonance — the title is out; the rest is still under wraps.

The next album has a name. Expect a new chapter rather than a copy of Volume I.
Fractured Nexus is not afraid to write around grief, loss, trauma and the emotional fallout people carry. The point is not to make suffering look cool. The point is to make room for it.
Absence, memory and what remains when somebody or something is gone.
The rupture itself — and the silence that can come after.
What stays in the body and mind long after the moment has passed.
Not a perfect recovery arc. Sometimes simply getting through is enough.

D’Rellion is not a separate mystery guest inside the band — he is the lead singer of Fractured Nexus and the creator behind the project. His solo work remains hip-hop; Fractured Nexus is where the heavier language takes over.

D’Rellion Studios has been rebranded as Cassowary Recordings. The new name arrived after Daryl — D’Rellion — became an Australian citizen, marking a new Australian chapter for both his solo work and Fractured Nexus.
Fractured Nexus now moves forward under Cassowary Recordings — the recording branch of Hue & Queue.
